Helping Mediators, Arbitrators, and the ADR Community Thrive

1,000’s of pratices built and optimized

100’s of mareketing seminars and webinars

million’s of meals provided

1000’s of fun conversations with resolutionists

Marketing strategist, practice development consultant, and community builder.

I started out believing that good work speaks for itself. Spoiler: it doesn’t. Over the years, I’ve seen incredible mediators and arbitrators struggle to grow their practices—not because they lacked skill, but because no one knew how to find them. That’s when I realized something important: visibility without authenticity doesn’t last.

Today, I blend spark with strategy to help ADR professionals build more than just practices. I help them build momentum, community, and confidence.

Through my company, Marketing Resolution, I work with mediators and arbitrators at every stage of their careers to refine their branding, strengthen their visibility, and grow their reach. Through Will Work For Food, I’ve partnered with Jeff Kichaven and Jean Lawler to raise over $856,000 for food banks by turning free professional education into global generosity. And through the ABA’s Idle Chat series, I’ve hosted candid conversations that remind us that behind every professional bio is a real human story.

For me, it all connects: helping professionals shine, giving back in meaningful ways, and keeping our community grounded in the conversations that matter.

The Work I Do ❊

Marketing Resolution
Part strategist, part coach, part “why hasn’t anyone told me this before?” voice in your ear.

Here’s the thing: You can be the smartest, most experienced mediator in the room—but if no one knows you exist, you’re not getting cases. That’s where I come in.

I work with mediators and arbitrators who are tired of playing small. Together, we craft strategies that actually move the needle: branding that doesn’t look like clip art from 1997, websites that don’t sound like a robot wrote them, LinkedIn profiles people actually read, and social media that doesn’t make you cringe.

Bottom line? I help you look as good online as you already are in practice.

Will Work For Food: The New Possibilities Hour
Knowledge shared freely. Donations made generously.

Will Work For Food is like TED Talks with a conscience (and fewer turtlenecks). We host free weekly webinars featuring top voices in ADR. Instead of paying us, we ask participants to donate to food banks.

So far? We’ve raised more than $856,000 and counting. That’s not just professional development—it’s community impact. Learn something new, feed someone in need. Not a bad trade, right?

Idle Chat with the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution
Conversations that spark connection and community.

Real conversations. No scripts. Occasional tangents. Idle Chat is my video series for the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution. Think of it as coffee with colleagues, if those colleagues happened to be some of the smartest and quirkiest people in ADR.

No stuffy bios. No endless panels. Just unscripted, “tell me what really happened” conversations that remind us we’re humans first, professionals second.

The Intersection of Visibility, Generosity, and Community

I help mediators and arbitrators stop hiding in plain sight. Through Marketing Resolution, Will Work For Food, and the ABA’s Idle Chat, I mix marketing savvy with a little bit of spark to help the ADR world get noticed, get hired, and give back.

Will Work For Food: The New Possibilities Hour

Knowledge shared freely. Donations made generously.

I founded Will Work For Food, a community-driven initiative that brings together leading voices in ADR to share their insights in free weekly webinars. Instead of speaker fees, we encourage donations to local and global food banks—transforming professional development into real-world impact.

Since its launch, the program has raised more than $856,000 for food banks across the world. Attorneys, mediators, and arbitrators join each week not only to learn but to give back—making Will Work For Food a unique space where generosity and education go hand in hand.

Idle Chat ABA Section of Dispute Resolution

Conversations that spark connection and community.

I created and host Idle Chat, a video series for the American Bar Association’s Section of Dispute Resolution. Each episode features fun and candid conversations with ADR professionals who share their stories, challenges, and advice.

These conversations offer a window into the people behind the practice of dispute resolution—highlighting not just professional expertise but also the human side of our field. The series is designed to inspire, connect, and remind us that even in a profession built around resolving disputes, community and shared experience are what sustain us.
